K-pop girl group BlackPink adds extra show in Malaysia

Due to overwhelming response, K-pop girl group BlackPink has added an extra show to its upcoming Malaysian concert date in February.

Part of its BlackPink 2019 World Tour, the additional show will be held on Feb 24, the day after the first concert, which will be held on Feb 23, 2019, at Malawati Indoor Stadium, Shah Alam, Selangor.

Ticket prices and zones remain the same as the first show, priced at RM273, RM373, RM483, RM573, RM673 and RM693.

Offline ticket sales will be held from Dec 28 to 30 at 12pm at appointed shopping mall, Atria Shopping Gallery and all Mcalls Digital Lifestyle Stores in NU Sentral, Sunway Pyramid, Mid Valley Megamall, Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall, Paradigm Mall JB, Mcalls Service Center MMall Penang and Mcalls booth at Low Yat Plaza (4th Floor).

Online sales commence on 12pm, Dec 31, at www.macpiepro.com.

Comprising members Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa, and Rosé, BlackPink is one of the most successful K-pop girl groups in the world right now. It made its debut in 2016 under YG Entertainment, scoring hits like Whistle, Boombayah, and Ddu-Du Ddu-Du.

The group became the highest-charting female K-pop act on the US Billboard Hot 100 , when Ddu-Du Ddu-Du peaked at No.55 on the singles chart in June. The girls also set a record when the music video for Ddu-du Ddu-du hit 300 million views in 69 days, making them the fastest K-pop act to do so. They recently collaborated with British artiste Dua Lipa as well.
