Mila Kunis, who was cast in That ’70s Show in 1998 at just 14 years old, worked with her first female director for The Spy Who Dumped Me.

The 34-year-old actress said she began focusing more on empowering women in Hollywood after becoming a mother – she and husband Ashton Kutcher welcomed daughter Wyatt in October 2014 and son Dimitri was born in November 2016. Now, she looks for ways to help young, female writers and directors working their ways up in Hollywood.
