Singer Dua Lipa and rapper Stormzy were the big winners at this year’s Brit Awards, Britain’s most high-profile pop music ceremony, taking two trophies each at an event that saw performances from Justin Timberlake, Ed Sheeran and Kendrick Lamar.
Lipa was named Best Female Solo Artiste and Best Breakthrough Act by the British Record Industry Trust Awards, held in London last night (Feb 21), while Stormzy won British Male Solo Artiste and British Album Of The Year for Gang Signs & Prayer.
