Julia Roberts has signed on to star in her first-ever TV series.
Variety has confirmed that the Oscar-winning A-lister will star in a limited series, based on Maria Semple's New York Times best-selling Today Will Be Different, which was released recently. Semple will also pen the script for the TV adaptation of her own book.
