Ten years after debuting The Librarian: Quest for the Spear, TNT has ordered the first season (10 episodes) of a new series based on the franchise. The Librarians will be based on the premise of the three TV movies aired between 2004 and 2008, which starred Noah Wyle in the role of Flynn Carsen.
