Steven Spielberg is reviving four-decades-old project.
LAST March at the Cannes Film Festival, Steven Spielberg announced his intention to resurrect Stanley Kubrick’s project for a Napoleon biopic. Judged by MGM as too expensive, the project lost steam in the pre-production phase in 1969, leaving Kubrick with an original screenplay, extensive research notes and an unfulfilled dream to make the movie.
