The Kuala Lumpur Park Festival 2025 will be held at Taman Tasik Titiwangsa from Oct 17-26, featuring over 100 arts, culture, food and nature events. Organised by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), the free festival runs daily from 9am to 11pm and is expected to draw more than 250,000 visitors.

“This festival is an open invitation for all city residents to celebrate diversity, creativity and innovation. It showcases how arts, culture, food and nature can unite communities of various backgrounds,” said Kuala Lumpur Mayor Datuk Seri Dr Maimunah Mohd Sharif.

Carrying the theme "Asean: Unity in Diversity", the festival is built on four pillars: Sustainable Living, Cultural Expression, Community Participation and Nature-based Innovation.

Highlights include "Mystical Titiwangsa", an interactive showcase of horticulture, visual technology and folklore; the KL Genta Drum Festival; Asean cross-cultural dance; and the Asean Halal Food Fiesta featuring dishes from across the region. New segments range from a balcony garden competition and environmental art exhibition to heritage landscape displays and a sustainable living showcase.

Visitors can also explore the Asean Market with over 100 stalls, join outdoor activities such as glamping, water sports and e-sports, and attend talks by local and international experts. Satellite events include the TRX Asean Unity Garden and the NBS Asia Conference 2025, focusing on climate-resilient design. - Bernama
