When I first heard that Korean skincare brand Sulwhasoo was opening a six-storey building in Seoul, I thought really, only the Koreans will do this! I’ve been fascinated by the whole Korean beauty ritual for awhile now and have been religiously following the multi-step skincare ritual, which definitely requires a certain amount of dedication and discipline.
Hence it’s not really surprising that the brand, currently the number one beauty brand in South Korea, finally opened the doors to their first standalone store on March 30, incidentally the largest brand flagship store in the country. Previously, Sulwhasoo has only been in department stores.
