For DC and Marvel, 2015 was a year of massive universe-altering crossover events (Convergence from DC and Secret Wars from Marvel), and both companies altered their universes drastically – DC by scrapping its New 52 line, and Marvel, through its All-New All-Different Marvel reboots. Marvel also launched a new line of comics based on a little-known property called Star Wars.
