The Urban Xchange (UX) 2015’s diverse programme of public art and cultural discourse seeks to bridge generations, vocations and locations for the betterment of creative expression in Penang.
Taking place at George Town on the island and Butterworth in Seberang Prai (on the mainland) from Oct 31 to Nov 15, it will be a vibrant, all-inclusive festival that gives voice to the community and further expands artistic frontiers.
