Tasty picks from all over are featured in ‘Flavours’

Jar food, a Coca-Cola cheesecake, and Easter eggs are among the many gems featured in next month’s issue of the country’s pemiere food and lifestyle magazine.

Everyone has a few of them at home: empty jam or coffee jars lying around in cupboards or on countertops. Unsure of what to make of them, the team at food lifestyle magazine Flavours roped in chef Steve Allen, CEO of The Delicious Group, to be the “jar counsellor” for their April cover feature. After hours of nurturing, Allen ably filled the jars’ emptiness with 10 delish recipes, giving the once empty vessels some delicious heart!
