AUG 31: In conjunction with this year’s Merdeka celebrations, the Malaysian Yoga Society (MYS), with the support of the Malaysian Association of Yoga Instructors, is organising the annual Malaysian International Yoga Competition. Expect to see participants compete to showcase their favourite yoga poses in front of a panel of qualified judges. Those interested in competing have two more days (till Aug 25) to register online at the MYS website. There will also be a fair showcasing health and fitness products. Admission is free and door gifts will be distributed on a first-come first-served basis. Time: 9am-6pm.
