Chucking tiles in Scrabble

For many new players, the most overlooked move at their disposal is the chance to exchange tiles. Most players assume they have to play with whatever they have on their rack, but this is not so. 

For a small price of scoring zero for one turn, you can return troublesome tiles and replenish your rack. Your opponent may even have to worry about the tiles you have just thrown back because he may draw them when he replenishes his rack.
