The curry noodles at Kedai Kopi Ming Sing is accompanied by a special chilli paste that takes four hours to make.

CURRY noodles is not an easy dish to make, and an even harder one to master.

Yet, tucked away in a shoplot on Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, Kuala Lumpur, one coffeeshop has managed to serve a perfect bowl of curry noodles for 42 years.
