Customers can savour award- winning dishes and all-time favourites from the hotel’s four signature outlets namely Prime, Favola, Latest Recipe and Gastro Sentral, in their own home.

Available for takeaway or delivery daily, the service offers convenience for those who want a stay-in brunch or lunch on the go, and families who have simply run out of meal ideas.

Gastro Sentral’s menu has popular dishes such as Chimichurri Sous-Vide Australian Lamb Rack, Roasted Teriyaki Cod with Buckwheat Noodles, Fresh Eringi and Shiitake Mushrooms and Eight-Hours Braised Australian Beef Cheek.

Latest Recipe is presenting Asian favourites such as Mee Hoon Siam, Butter Chicken and Palak Paneer, while Favola’s line-up of Venetian recipes include Mixed Mushroom Soup with Truffle Oil, Braised Lamb Shank, Baked Eggplant Parmigiana and Sardinian Malloreddus.

For steak connoisseurs, highlights from Prime include the Argentinian Tenderloin and Ribeye MB 6/7.
