Caterer adds special Moghul briyani to its menu

Each briyani dish is painstakingly prepared to ensure good quality.

THE Big Rajah food caterer has launched its newest culinary delight — Moghul Briyani Specials.

The slow-cooked briyani comes in three varieties: mutton chop, chicken chop or traditional chicken and prawn.

Stewed for hours so the flavours are locked in, The Big Rajah Moghul briyani is prepared fresh, a la minute.

Each dish is prepared the traditional way.

This requires the mix of ingredients to be precise right from the start to allow the meat to flavour the dish alongside the other ingredients over slow fire.

No briyani dish is complete without condiments.

Each order is served with vegetable dhal, acar rampai and hard-boiled egg.

The Big Rajah has been in business for the past 20 years.

Orders need to be placed 24 hours in advance and the food will be delivered to your home.

Aside from its weekend special, customers can choose from its 20 top dishes in the menu that is available daily.
