It includes a choice of Pan-Seared Barramundi or Slow-Cooked Beef Cheek as main course, followed by Tiramisu and Chocolate Lava Cake with Vanilla Gelato for dessert. Nook boasts a generous buffet spread with highlights such as the fresh seafood station, roast lamb, Nook’s signature Assam Pedas, Pink Chocolate Fountain and Raspberry Creme Brulee.
