Savour the flavours of local specialities from around peninsular Malaysia this Ramadan at Le Meridien Petaling Jaya in Selangor.
The hotel’s executive chef Adrian Jackson and his team have put together a spread to whet diners’ appetite, with the chefs set to showcase specialities from their home states.
The state specialities include Ipoh hor fun from Perak, Kajang satay from Selangor, rojak pasembur from Penang, laksa Johor from Johor and Portuguese grilled fish from Melaka.
In addition, dishes such as roast lamb accompanied with briyani rice, roti John, kebab, sup gearbox and tandoori are also available.
“Selera Ramadan Semenanjung” will be served at two venues – Pasar Baru restaurant and the grand ballroom, from March 27 to April 20, from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
The buffet dinner is priced at RM178nett per person at Pasar Baru and RM128nett per person at the grand ballroom.
A ghazal band will be playing at the ballroom to entertain diners throughout the dinner.
All dishes are prepared and cooked in the hotel’s halal-certified kitchen.
There is also a Pasar Baru Jom Makan Takeaway package for two persons, priced at RM140nett per set.
Each set includes one appetiser, three kinds of hot dishes, one vegetable dish, one type of rice plus dessert and soup of the day.
