Gearing up for gastronomic tour of India this Deepavali


Tandoori Champein (lamb chops marinated overnight with cloves, black cardamom and fenugreek then slow-cooked in a tandoor oven).

FOR this year’s Festival of Lights, chefs from Indian luxury hotel group Oberoi Hotel and Resorts will roll out a culinary tour of India’s regional cuisines.

The “Regional Cuisines of India” promotion features chef Rajiv Vatsyayan and his team, who will present regional food and drinks from the length and breadth of India served alongside a selection of local and international dishes at Mosaic, Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur.
