A new outlet will be launched next month in Cameron Highlands, Pahang.

During the launch, it was announced that Pepper Lunch Malaysia was teaming up with Boga Group in Indonesia to achieve its expansion goal.

Boga Group is the largest operator of Pepper Lunch outlets outside Japan.

Its president Kusnadi Rahardja said, “Pepper Lunch has been growing in Malaysia and our goal is to have 20 outlets in five years”.

Popular dishes include the Sirloin Steak, Beef Pepper Rice, Chicken Pepper Rice, Beef Aglio Olio and Cheesy Omelette Chicken or Beef.

At Pepper Lunch, customers cook their meals on an electromagnetic cooker.

The iron plate can be heated up to 260°C in 70 seconds and remains hot at 80°C for over 20 minutes.

Meat grilled at this temperature is said to remain tender and juicy.

The iron plate can also keep the food warm for longer.
