The treasure trove of bite-sized delicacies are crafted from time-honoured recipes using only premium ingredients.

The quality ingredients play an important part in enhancing the natural goodness and freshness of the food.

Some of the highly recommended creations include steamed crab meat roll with egg crepe and edamame, chef’s

signature steamed prawn dumpling with chilli oil, deep-fried scallop with kataifi prawns, deep-fried bean curd roll with abalone sauce, and steamed chive dumpling with Chinese sausage.

Those who enjoy refined classics will love the siew mai (steamed prawn and chicken dumpling with fish roe), har gao (steamed prawn dumpling), foong zhao (steamed chicken feet with Guilin sauce) and char siew bao (steamed bun with BBQ chicken filling), to name a few.

More delicious options comprise lao sha bao (lava salted egg bun), sin har cheong fun (steamed rice flour roll with prawn), shui gao tong (trio seafood dumpling soup) and pei tan jook (century egg congee with shredded chicken and dried mussel).

There are also loong shou guen (dragon beard dumpling), wo tip (pan-fried smoked duck gyoza), lo pak gou (deep-fried aromatic turnip cake), and wu kok (deep-fried taro puff with BBQ chicken).

Dessert consists of far shang wu (peanut mousse), refreshing minty jelly and lin yong wo beng (deep-fried Chinese pancake with lotus paste).

The dim sum is available from noon to 2.30pm on weekdays and from 8am to 2.30pm on weekends and public holidays.

The hotel will be celebrating Yuletide with the theme ‘Christmas under the Sun’ and ushering in 2021 with a series of mouth-watering buffets at all its F&B outlets, namely Golden Phoenix, nada lama, Kampachi, The View and nadaba.
