Nothing gets more Italian than having a night out at Favola at Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur, while enjoying an authentic Venetian dish called Saffron Carnaroli Risotto. Using what is hailed as the ‘King of Italian rice’ – Carnaroli rice – as the main ingredient, the dish is richly flavoured with saffron, then creamed with Parmesan for the desired creamy texture and nicely garnished with coffee powder and hazelnuts. Priced at RM98 nett per portion, the dish is available for dinner only throughout this month. Favola also offers an extensive variety of traditional risottos, antipasti, pastas, pizzas and main courses from a curated menu by its chef de cuisine, Domenico Piras.
