Charming newcomer Ixora Chern is bent on taking over the local airwaves.

LIKE any good post-feminist television heroine, Ixora Chern is all about kicking butt and going after what she wants. At 21, the self-professed “go-getter” already has it all figured out, from dealing with the inner-workings of the entertainment trade to the makings of her budding career in television and film. And so articulate was Chern as she laid down her thoughts – often in a list of points that you’d think that she’d probably practised saying them beforehand.
