I REFER to your article TV to the letter (Dec 20, 2011). I am a huge TV addict and many of the shows you mentioned in the article are my favourite shows as well (except for non-competition reality shows which I detest). I’d like to bring your attention to some of the shows mentioned in your article: Damages, Chicago Code, Dancing With The Stars, Glee Project, Big Bang Theory, The Office (the later seasons), 30 Rock (the later seasons), Dexter, Detroit 187 and Pan Am.

To the best of my knowledge, all of the shows listed above are not shown on terrestrial TV or on Astro. May your readers know how you were able to watch and become fans of such shows when they aren’t shown on local telly? It is highly regrettable that many hardworking, English-speaking Malaysians, are treated to lame, mindless reality shows and seasons old scripted shows; and this if we are privileged enough to afford Astro.
