90210 falls short of the mark

It is safe to say that the once hip zipcode 90210 is just not cool anymore.

Do we really need an updated version of the teen soap opera, Beverly Hills 90210? Sure, that show was a hit with the teens when it started in 1990 (boasting a never-ending saga that went on for 10 solid years). But that was probably because we were none the wiser as there weren’t that many good shows to pick from back then. Eight years later, 90210 arrives in a bid to modernise that concept further, by adding a brand new cast while recycling the old plot lines to appeal to a new generation and fans of the old show.
