BACK in 1992, Aziz M. Osman came up with a sci-fi film that could have been a loose adaptation of H. G. Wells’ book titled The Invisible Man and H.F. Saint’s The Memoirs of an Invisible Man He wrote, directed and starred in the hit film. Now, 14 years later Aziz has gone back to his original material to make a series out of the concept hiring young newcomers and making the most of the more advanced special effects techniques available. He is calling it Misi XX Ray and it is scheduled to make its debut on TV3 today at 9pm.
Aziz said: “This series will serve as nostalgia for those who have seen the film, and can also be something that the young ones can get into. It has been updated to the present time.”
