THE French Art & Film Festival (FAFF), which is filled with a diverse spread of cultural activities, isn’t short on live indie music content. Despite being a last minute addition to the FAFF, eclectic French indie singer-songwriter Amélie is an act not to be missed. She has two shows for the festival (Penang on Monday and KL on Tuesday).

With a guitar jangle in her stride and sounding like Joanna Newsom’s long lost French cousin, Amélie can pride herself with enough quirky indie warmth and charming appeal to impress local scenesters.
