Urbanscapes festival returns after a four-year hiatus, with a new creative edge.

Four years since the last Urbanscapes festival, and the music, art, film and fashion scene in Kuala Lumpur has moved on. Or has it really done so? The answer is a mixed one, with the healthy list of newcomers and familiar (yet relevant) names making the news for this Saturday’s third instalment of this curious local festival that has had an erratic, if not memorable, history.
