Manu Chao: La Radiolina (Because/Warner Import) 

Born and raised in Paris to Spanish Republican immigrants, rocker Manu Chao is a true enigma who clearly does not believe in borders. His time with Latin punk rockers Manu Negra and his past two solo albums have established his top dog credentials in the world music circles but his main challenge has always been not to overreach himself with an overzealous musical range. No such luck here.
