THE Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO) performs a special night’s worth of contemporary works on Jan 20 at 8.30pm at the Dewan Filharmonik Petronas (DFP). MPO associate conductor Kevin Field will lead the orchestra in a night of sheer orchestral magic through engaging works like Talbot’s Hovercraft and Alfred Schnittke’s (K)ein Sommmernachtstraum.
