Dance and rock combo mini music festivals seem to be the in-thing these days. Not that the concept is actually new in the first place, when you consider that the idea of featuring club/dance acts, deejays and live bands in a line-up has been, in fact a tried-and-tested formula in some of the world’s biggest festivals for over a decade now.  

On first impressions, the grand finale night for this year’s Thirst Studio 06 programme certainly had the potential to satisfy clubbers and gig goers alike when it came to the line- up featured.
