After two Asia-Pacific level semi-finals in Tokyo and Jakarta, it was down to Kuala Lumpur to host the third and final semi-final leg at Zouk Club, Kuala Lumpur, last Saturday.
Nine national champions in all were divvied up to three semi-final legs, fighting for just three slots in the Asia-Pacific Final.
