Shaping Siti’s success

April 1 marked the tenth year anniversary for Siti Nurhaliza's entry into the entertainment industry; she released her debut album Jerat Percintaan a decade ago. She celebrated the occasion like no other – with a triumphant performance at the prestigious Royal Albert Hall in London and with a promise that the world is her oyster. The year 2005, she vowed, is the year that she is going to go global; after Friday's performance she is well on her way.

The Star reported yesterday that the diva had the 2,500 near-capacity crowd eating out of her hand during the two-hour concert.
