SOME shook their booties and others sashayed across chequered dance floors, but collectively, they all grooved to the sound of the highest-selling movie soundtrack of its time – 1977’s Saturday Night Fever. Although the Bee Gees was already a dominant musical force with hits like To Love Somebody, Massachusetts, Words and I Started A Joke, the greatest disco soundtrack etched the band’s name in the annals of popular music forever.
