A tender tale

Having made its rounds in film festivals around the world, Ho Yuhang’s Rain Dogs is finally coming home to Malaysia. The film will be released here today in Golden Screen Cinemas.

Rain Dogs tells the story of 19-year-old Tung who travels to Kuala Lumpur in search of his brother. In his journey of self-discovery, he learns about love and loyalty and also comes to grips with irrevocable loss. A coming-of-age tale, Rain Dogs is a melancholy tale with tender moments punctuated by bursts of violence. It stars singer-songwriter Pete Teo, director Yasmin Ahmad and Hong Kong veteran actor Liu Wai Hung, among others.
