It seems Death is very, very interested in getting rid a number of young people from this world ... at least at the movies. However, it is okay because some of the young victims have managed to fool death and lived a little longer albeit on borrowed time. Since the Final Destination franchise began in 2000, we have seen Death execute those who escape its grip. The first time this was done in a most imaginative and horrifying manner. Now once again, in Final Destination 3 there’s going to be another couple of young people who are going to regret that they have crossed Death’s path.
Teenager Wendy (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) and a bunch of her high school friends are at a local amusement park to celebrate their graduation night. Just as they are about to board a roller-coaster, Wendy is overwhelmed by an ominous feeling. Now if she had seen all the other Final Destination films then she would immediately make her way far, far from the roller-coaster. Listening to her boyfriend instead, she gets into the seat. A few seconds later, she has a premonition of their death.
