Pontianak terrorises again

During the filming of Shuhaimi Baba’s Pontianak Harum Sundal Malam 2, crew members claimed to have experienced spooky moments. StarWeekend took it up with director Shuhaimi Baba and associate producer/actress Kavita Sidhu who reprised their roles in the follow-up movie.

DIRECTOR Shuhaimi Baba, 54, acclaimed for such films as Layar Lara (which won nine awards at the 1997 Malaysian Film Festival and Best Director at the prestigious Brussels International Independent Film Festival 1997) and Ringgit Kasorga, is back with the sequel to last year’s Pontianak Harum Sundal Malam
