A new theatre that has just flowered in the Gardens Mall aims to take firm root in the local performing arts scene.
At the newly-minted Gardens Theatre, the drama begins from the moment you set foot in the venue, thanks to the walkway on the sixth floor of the Gardens Mall’s North Tower that takes you there. Starting with a “secret garden-like” entrance that is tucked away in a corner, visitors are led down a tunnel with luxurious, textured walls and dramatically dimmed lighting – it somehow feels both medieval and futuristic at the same time.
