ENDEAVOR Malaysia is continuing its efforts to help local entrepreneurs scale-up through its programmes. The organisation is inviting successful, ambitious business owners to register their interest with the organisation. Once selected, Endeavor will connect these founders to high quality mentors, investors, service partners and access to markets across 37 countries globally.

Endeavor has been in Malaysia for six years and currently works with 21 successful companies which collectively generates more than RM1.3bil revenues annually.

To help further develop these companies, Endeavor plays a proactive role in providing them access to mentors who are some of the most successful business owners and industry leaders. These mentors will be able to provide their invaluable insights and advice via customised one-on-one mentoring session or an Advisory Board that is set up specifically for these entrepreneurs.

Endeavor’s support extends across four main pillars, namely, in strategic advice, capital, talent and markets.

Its panel of mentors include Time dotCom chief executive officer Afzal Abdul Rahim, Creador’s Brahmal Vasudevan, Datuk Sri Nazir Razak, MyEG co-founder TS Wong, JobStreet founder Mark Chang and Yinson group CEO Lim Chern Yuan.

Endeavor has successfully worked with companies from various industries that are both tech and non-tech related.

In Malaysia, the 21 companies that have been selected into the network include Holstein Milk (Farm Fresh), FashionValet, Carsome, Photobook, TheLorry, BateriKu, Juris Technologies and iHandal.

Since being inducted into the Endeavor network, many of these companies have managed to work on several of their key priorities and grow their business further. Many of the growth areas being worked on involve business strategy, talent development, company alignment, funding, business development and new market entry.

As Endeavor continues to expand its impact in developing a stronger network of high-impact entrepreneurs in Malaysia, it is currently encouraging business owners to register their interest before Dec 31, for the 2020 selection process.
