ENDEAVOR Malaysia, an entrepreneur support organisation, has launched its new ScaleUp Endeavor programme to help high-potential local companies that are at the startup phase.

The programme will run over 12 months and will provide participating entrepreneurs with access to Endeavor’s panel of business experts, investors and service partners to guide founders in their entrepreneur journey and help refine their businesses.

The programme, organised with TIME dotCom as the main partner, will enable entrepreneurs to receive customised mentorship in a structured format via a series of workshops and an assigned mentor to journey with them through the period of the programme.

The ScaleUp Endeavor programme will be supported by mentors like TIME commander-in-chief Afzal Abdul Rahim, Axiata Digital chief executive officer Khairil Abdullah, iMoney co-founder Lee Ching Wei, FashionValet co-founders Fadzarudin Anuar and Vivy Yusof, Juris Tech co-founder and chief executive officer See Wai Hun and Carsome co-founder and chief executive officer Eric Cheng.

“We believe high-impact entrepreneurs play an important part in driving the growth of the economy. ScaleUp Endeavor is an additional programme that we developed to guide high potential companies from the startup phase to obtain clarity on how they should build a strong foundation in preparation for them to scale their company.

“We hope that successful companies from this programme will subsequently be further supported with our existing Endeavor Entrepreneur track that focuses on growing large high-growth companies, ” says Endeavor Malaysia managing director Arthur Chan.

For this programme, Endeavor is looking for entrepreneurs who dream big and are looking to scale their businesses quickly. These entrepreneurs should be leading scalable and innovative Malaysian-based businesses with a market-proven track record of more than RM1mil in revenues and have been in operation for more than 18 months.

Its Endeavor Entrepreneur track has supported companies such as The Holstein Milk Company (Farm Fresh Milk), Photobook, Carsome, FashionValet and Common Ground that cumulatively generated RM1.3bil in revenues in 2018.
