More small businesses enabled to go global

MORE than 80% of small- and medium-sized businesses reported maintaining or growing revenues in 2018 despite the challenges of having to compete against global rivals thanks to opportunities in e-commerce, says a recent report by cloud-based service provider TradeGecko.

In its State of Small Business Global Report, it notes that agile small businesses are highly digitally savvy. They leverage social media and technology to level the playing field with bigger competitors when it came to marketing their products.
