UK-based Chef Norman Musa has just launched his own products from spiced chocolates, curry powder and purees.

MANY have called London-based, Malaysian-born chef Norman Musa “Europe’s leading Malaysian chef” as he had made it his mission to promote Malaysian cooking in Europe with his regular appearance to cook and teach at supper club events in the UK capital.

His mission took a dramatic leap forward last month when he flew home to launch the second batch of his “Flavours of Malaysia” products, his brand of curry powder and pureed ingredients.
