EFFORTS to ensure growth in Malaysia’s ICT sector remains broad-based. This should help give the country an edge on its Asean peers, according to Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) CEO Badlisham Ghazali.

Badlisham told global publishing, research and consultancy firm Oxford Business Group (OBG) that widespread proficiency in English, coupled with strong government support for knowledge-led businesses, would also strengthen Malaysia’s drive to expand the industry.
