Extending IP routes to China

AIMS Group, the operator of a carrier-neutral data centre and managed service provider, recently announced a partnership with China Telecom (M) Sdn Bhd, the Malaysian arm of the world’s largest wireline telecommunications and broadband services provider as well as the world’s largest CDMA mobile operator.

According to Chiew Kok Hin, CEO of AIMS, the partnership will see AIMS’ collaborating with CT in two areas. AIMS will be a reseller of CT’s premium IP routes as well as Chinese data center capacity to local corporations seeking expansion into the various Chinese cities.
