Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Nancy Shukri (left) looks over some books in Qaiser bookstore with Anita.

QAISER Darussalam Publica-tions recently launched its first boutique bookstore and academy based on a business model that prioritises its role to educate, rather than profit.

“We offer Islamic educational tools and materials for children, teenagers, adults, anyone that desires to understand Islam. Our other ultimate goal is to promote awareness on early Islamic childhood education among parents and teachers by promoting the positive habit of learning and reading,” Qaiser managing director Anita Abu Bakar said at the opening of the bookstore in Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya.
