PENANG bread maker, Maliia Bakery (M) Sdn Bhd, is enjoying growth in demand for its traditional roti bengali. And in view of this rising demand for the bread as well as its other pastries, Maliia is looking into plans to expand its business with a new bakery facility in Perak or Johor next year.
Depending on the size of this new bakery, said director Siti Suhaila Mohd Yusoff, the company will have to put in an initial investment of at least RM5mil.
