KUALA LUMPUR: CIMB Equities Research expects Tenaga Nasional to report an improved set of earnings for its fourth quarter ended Aug 31, 2014 (Q4, FY14) and this could see a delay in the tariff hike in the near term.
The research house said on Tuesday based on data from the Energy Commission (EC), Tenaga’s earnings likely improved both on-quarter and on-year as it used less gas and distillates during the quarter.
