KUALA LUMPUR: AmResearch is maintaining its Buy call on Titijaya Land Bhd
with an unchanged fair value of RM3.30 a share, which is pegged at a 25% discount to its net asset value (NAV) a share of RM4.40.
It said on Wednesday The Star reported Titijaya is eyeing two parcels of prime development land within the Klang Valley.
