KUALA LUMPUR: Alliance Research foresees WCT’s orderbook replenishment target of RM2bil in 2014 to be an uphill task as timing is likely to happen later coupled with the competitive bidding landscape.
In its research note on Thursday, it said WCT’s property sales target of RM1.2bil could also be challenging given the property cooling measures implemented.
