KUALA LUMPUR: RHB Research is maintaining its Neutral stance on AEON and fair value of RM16 based on a discounted cashflow (DCF) valuation.
Aeon had on Wednesday announced it had inked a sale and purchase agreement with AEON REIT Investment Corporate (J-REIT) for the disposal of 18.18% share of its land in Johor Bahru together with 18.18% share of the AEON Taman Universiti Shopping Centre. The deal is worth RM20mil.
